I have never seen a CR called a "Financial transaction" either. This is another level of loss of trust he has delivered by sugarcoating this.
However, looking at it from another angle, as OP explained, it was probably the only way out and this is probably the best possible way to not let shorters benefit again.
and more importantly, the term "financial transaction" may well be true if Gregory George is sitting behind the scenes guiding this deal to grab 25% more of what he already owns....all on a discount rather than paying a premium or paying too much buying on market.
This may well be a real "Financial transaction" if it's all guranteed and sorted behind the scenes. a better financial transaction as it gives the share holders the same opportunity.
I hope it's the last one ...ever.
