On announcement eve, I thought I’d summarise the key facts we know to paint an overall picture on the main threads leading to speculation:
- Jon has been consistently upbeat in messaging, as recently as the last investor presentation
- the trial was unblinded
- there has been no Director selling in the lead up
- the results are being delivered ‘in December’ as promised (ie not delayed)
- there was a significant rise in share price and volume the day before the TH, with 350k in X trades at highs over 3 trades
- the share price has steadily risen in the weeks before results
- a trading halt was called and is consistent with previous trial result announcements conducted by NEU
- Little T has gone into stealth mode
