GOT could ride it out for 10 months and hope the world blows up and they dont have to pay a thing
otherwise , they have 2 options ;
pay 129m USD in 10 months time
pay less than that via a neg. settlement
they are not getting out of this. full stop.
its all about a negotiated settlement now and would be up to BB and the board what figure they would accept that is fair for the risks that remain, incl. time to wait.
pay today and its 121m USD.
thats already an 8m USD discount for the GOT.
maybe BB chucks in a further 10% discount and makes it 108m USD but payment required before the end of Q1.
give them 6 weeks to pay otherwise we will take the full 129m in OCT
