PCEs are circa $200k each
Based on an allocation of $3m including heating and lighting...
Heating and lights suggest $130k each PCE

Revenue from a standard PCE is $700k per annum
ECS advised revenue doubles with use of heating and lights ~ $1.4m per PCE per annum

9 PCEs at $3m cost
Annual revenue circa $12,600,000 per annum
Even at 50% increase ECS would get $9m per annum!
This doesn't take into account operational costs.
I doubt each PCE would operationally cost more than $200k per annum

Looks to me that for every $1 spent ECS will get $3-$4 return per annum.
I recall life of a PCE is circa 10 years, at which point it would need a refurb I guess.

With Organic Certification margins will go up as well...

The important message is the ability to take advantage of the market opportunities.
1. meeting demand to prevent competitors
2. take clients from competitors when they fail. - something Nan is predicting
