I guess this placement will be at a small premium to current share price. My guess will be something between $0.4 - $0.5 per share. I believe what is more important than placement price, will be to whom? And how much they are investing? And purpose (e.g. Partnership to advance ATI)?
i can't wait to get the update. This might be the catalyst for a long overdue share price increase to reflect true value of this great company. Good luck
