Not sure why anyone would take up a position for a potential merger with a cash strapped company and no definitive timeline to production. Buying into the company wouldn't require HRZ to issue a 2nd announcement. It would be an easy reply to ASX query.
HRZ have probably been approached but too early for an announcement. Now have to disclose, working on what can be said at this early stage. Nothing to do with GSR otherwise would be in a trading halt.
The proposed merger doesn't proceed if either company gets a better offer and considers it. GSR isn't in a position to make a counter offer.
Hoping there's a better deal in the making.
Potentially could get a trading halt extension tomorrow.
