Have a look at the timing, but go back to Friday when you look. On Friday, the news was expected to drop by Wednesday. So it is possible that the CR was started with that in mind. and then the news dropped on the weekend. Management did the right thing by telling the market about the news immediately, and then resumed the CR.
From their side of things, they may be wishing that the timing was slightly better. But there's no bad news here.
