Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Kingsland Minerals Limited (“Kingsland” or “Company”)
requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities pending the release of an
announcement in relation to the Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate at the Company’s Leliyn
Graphite Project in the Northern Territory.
The Company requests the trading halt until the earlier of the Company releasing the
announcement, or commencement of trading on Wednesday, 13 March 2024.
The Directors of Kingsland Minerals Limited are not aware of any reason why a trading halt
should not be granted and are not aware of any other information necessary to inform the
market about the trading halt.
