I am taking up placement but have little doubt I will be able to pick some up at or below 52 cents especially if the usual funds get on board such as Regal.
$10 mil plus is a sizeable raise and could take awhile to digest but we do have significant ongoing newsflow that could clear out the decks easily.

Maybe the shareprice has been held back recently given the low liquidity. Hopefully the raise will give the opportunity for a large proper sticky investor/fund to get on board as it was probably impossible to do on market. I am sure Liz would have fielded many calls since Phase 2 started from large investors about how they can get a decent parcel of stock. The top 20 is pretty tight (im in there) with very little movement.

Completely different market for raising capital than the last raise at 35 cents where Argenica fell short of what they wanted. This time they will be oversubscribed Im sure.

Hopefully this is the last raise prior to Phase 2 results or a corporate deal done.

IMO the market cap is negligible given the progress made and opportunities in front.

I've asked for a T20 via email twice and got no response. I was interested to study the T20 a little closer due to the trading patterns.

Most companies are OK with this but in our case our shareholding is not direct so I didn't bother to forcefully request the data/or phone the Co. Sec. ... sold some instead!

They are hopeless in this regard but like I mentioned before I assume they're focussing on the science.

By the way @Lefevre is "Henri" being of French association of any significance?
