It will be very difficult to get the votes, we tried on another company I'm invested in, put out adds and all sorts of things, the top 20 and insto's will never vote against the BOD's and retail never have enough votes, besides not all retail give a damn about voting. We got one resolution voted down and that was to change the constitution of the company, but all the rest went through, the BOD's know this so never get to concerned.

The best is and EGM, that will get the Boards attention if nothing else.
