It's nice to encourage/protect local US manufacture of gloves, needles and syringes. Terrible supply chain constraints otherwise.
US already does its own genetically modified (spike protein) RNA virus research aka Bioweapons aka Gene therapy aka "Vaccine" (once they changed the definition of what a vaccine is...).
Except for the research Fauci offshored............so no need for tariffs there.
Thats a massive tariff hike to try and prevent the tsunami of Chinese EV's coming into the US.....full of dirty Indonesian Ni.
