Anyway, we are getting to a point where Galan has spent half our current market cap on Capex already and another $40M+ on tenure, drilling, studies, acquisitons and other investments. That's over $100M invested and our enterprise value will be less than that next week.
Someone could conceivably come along and buy us at these levels for not much more than the cost of all the work. That means that the opportunity cost of picking up good tenements with world class resources is valued at less than zero - 100% of Greenbushes, 100% of HMW, 100% of Candelas
He could have done a deal with HMW by itself at the top of the market with implied value of $1Bn. Now, take away the work done on them since, with JP selling Galan equity at these levels, he's basically throwing the asset value away for free, maybe even giving away some of the value of the work done.
It really does beggar belief.
