@natnicnak, this is eerily reminiscent of what happened with ADH during Covid. And they handled it appallingly too.
initially by denying the issue and then by laying blame elsewhere. At the end of the day, the customer is always right and I do believe ADH has suffered a degree of reputational damage which will take some time to rectify.
there is only one way to handle such public outpourings of ‘pissed off’ - WHAT HAVE WE GOT TO DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT?
To do so will possibly move the ‘pissed off’ to ‘advocate’ in one bounce.
