I think the IBM comparison is pretty unfair. IBMs and IBM compatibles function(ed) for all intents and purposes identically. By comparison, being seen by a personal fertility specialist on regular basis who knows how to use and interpret an ultrasound, and has experience in dosing a suite of hormonal drugs is vastly different to being seen by a GP with very little additional training in fertility medicine. PRY is clearly gaining market share away, but their service doesn't compare. Particularly when you're talking about people whose biological clocks are ticking away and who have the money to improve the probability of achieving a desirable pregnancy outcome.
