Your URL appears to be silent on the question of "professional or sophisticated " investors.
I am more than happy to be corrected, but a "professional or sophisticated" investor does not necessarily need to be able to clear trades, which is what I interpret your URL to say.
www.money smart.gov.au/glossary/sophisticated-investor indicates one only needs to earn AUD250k per year to qualify as such. which is a pretty low hurdle tbh
