My lady is an accountant with one of the Big Three accounting firms [with Andersons it was four] and has to sign an "independance" declaration. At the risk of termination we now have two weeks to sell three of my "core" stocks. To be on the banned list, all it needs is for someone somewhere [anywhere] to do some work for the company. Boy! If only some pollies and company directors took conflict of interest to heart like this. This lady takes confidentiallity so seriously that once she did not tell me that someone I was dealing with was "risky".
