If you check out the value of the resources CSD is sitting on, you will find it is in the billions.
So you ask me why I am optimistic?
Not many specs give you access to a multi-resource and multi-plant operation ready to go. If they can pull this off, I will be very happy.
It is still a spec, though, until they can bring this together and show us the money. It is making money but that is going to the financiers, and building up the company.
