Slow is an under statement.
Reflecting on my working life and experience [as can most on here] I think exploration organisations need a mix of young and mature heads at the realm.
Young as they want to plow head first into things [what we need]
Older as they have a bit more experience and can apply the brakes when required.
When you have older heads who sit nicely financially, there just isn't that speed to product mentality.
Go get some bright young mining minds onboard and get this thing moving.
