The pumping will be all that happens if they can do it. As Kirpa mentioned it’s unlikely they can monetise this business from here with cash on hand & any IP they have if there’s anyone left that has been involved in it’s development still on the payroll?
I’m not sure the market believes it can get up from here either.
Those who participated in the raise are probably the ones selling at .004 when the opportunity arises & hanging onto the free options on the chance of some sort of ROI.
The raise plus what was left in the bank is only going to last 3-4 months.
