Usually when you commit to a project of this capital intensity you have the funds secured/committed upfront - It is a weakness/threat that they'll be relying on future profits of in excess of $300mil over the next four and a half years to fund that part of the UG Capex that is prior to the start of profitable production for the project - they won't want things to go wrong(understatement).
