Key management personal of this now 0.012 cent per share valued company receive very reasonable remuneration (see extract below) where their sole objective and fiduciary duty is to act in the best interests of shareholders - share price is probably one of the most important indicators as to whether value is being created for shareholders.

I see many posts on operational success (yes there has been success) as well as the company making references to 3 pillars, yet i struggle to see how if any shareholder value has or is being created.

with the share price in continued decline , buy back opportunities at face value being missed by their partner, CPS , my 3 questions to mgmt are as follows :

1 why do you not back the company you represent and buy shares on market which are heading to 12 month lows ?
2 with the benefit of hindsight did you you get the buyback strategy wrong ?
3 do you have the capability and corporate intellect to successfully manage this company and actually deliver shareholder value ?

i was going to post these questions on the investor hub - but from what i hear questions raised by this method don't always get answered
