cons - the forecast population decrease is a concern

pros - the Chinese govt have great opportunity to influence the course of events. Perhaps moreso than most governments. One specific possibility is that legislation to make a freer market could occur.

china and other emerging markets have not had the run other markets have had. Maybe that makes pai an opportunity for capital growth.

hello, not looking like a bad call atm. a 1.5c dividend and 7.5c of sp appreciation later. what comes next though is the question? we shall see. I'm just going the early crow now in case it all goes pear shaped soon ha.
