I was thinking all along that by the time the buy back was ready to start again we'd be above the 5 day vwap limit. I'm of the belief that the big boys collude attacks and they are good at it. Before someone chimes in, it's ok if you don't believe the big boys collude. They're not gonna let WHC get any at these prices when they want some themselves.
It's questionable whether buyback boy will get any until ex-divvy date or dividend record date or whatever you call it - the day when shareholders are recorded for the dividend and the share price drops accordingly with the money that has left the WHC bank account
