I am puzzled.
I posted a comment regarding an insight as to why the Cynata board might feel that it is necessary to open the books to Sumitomo when it is probably not in their interests to do so, and @sigmadelta responds with the accusation that the Cynata board is lazy (and greedy). I don't think that being careful is indicative of laziness...
I am starting to think that @sigmadelta has his own agenda, and doesn't actually read the posts he is responding to.
