I think the key milestone that should be due soon is financing (or someone looking to buy in). I think that will be the tipping point to move to production. Price of Cu has been holding steady around $4.30 a pound for at least the last few month and has the feel that its now due to head higher ($5+) which will add to the equation here and the SP.
