No point complaining about what Glacus did or didn't know or whether they profited by something unknown to the market (and that 'unknown' status is pretty questionable if the AFR can get wind with a phone call!), someone was gonna profit on the downside.
The big pointing finger is the lack of corporate governance. Someone will have to go you feel before any kind of market acceptance of the company turning things round and a severe share price beat down to boot.
