You have the plant for free. If it works, you have a proven asset PLUS a cash printing machine. You then sell the lot at much higher price than just an asset, or you sell a participation to Lanshen which already expressed an interest in also funding the 20ktpa plant as already announced. Then bingo. Lanshen does all the hard work. William does f^%ck all as usual other than swivel a chair, and LEL owns 50% of a manufacturing site + massive reserve at minimum dilution.
