I wouldn't have commissioned an IER with such a flimsy potential pie in the sky indication that a bid may be offered on an unconditional basis for a mere bagatelle price of 35c. IER's cost a lot to obtain The tyre kickers should have been given a copy of the last brokers report indicating a value of approx 90c a share and told to get real or nick off. On the question of dividends rather than an increase i would prefer to see an on market share buy back to take out the small non believers holdings and reduce the number of free floating shares.This could have the affect of increasing the market price to maybe 60c which is where it should be given the fundamentals of the company. All in my humble opinion, no warranty given.
