let's face it. This deal clearly isn't worth the paper it's written on as clearly they are having issues wrapping up an offer. What's the chances they can thereby even offer 45c or more. If anything we're going to get a circa 35c binding offer and we're going to waste even more time and money having to formally consider the offer with independents. IERs , rebuffs etc. In the end this is going to drag out for months.

total waste of our time and mgt focus.

Agreed, unfortunately appears this deal is what most UNV " insiders" appear to want.. no other explanation for the limp dick , kowtowing defense up to now.... and as septa has highlighted, is certainly putting a ceiling on the share price.
