Unfortunately the share price would usually drop below the raise price after they are issued. Seen this over the years with other companies.
Done my calcs on previous investments and IPO's and didn't take up my offers but bought after the raise below the offer price which was cheaper even with the broker cost.
Only if there is attached options to sweeten the deal then maybe could be, could be maybe I buy.
