He doesn't need to commit to a re-start, just get the numbers out there to inform shareholders as previously advised. Drilling for ounces that won't be mined for over a decade, waxing lyrical about SPR's achievements and wasting valuable management time on the conference junket bandwagon won't change the economics of a re-start.
