Why don't you table a reason why we should vote for Gerald Tan to come back to take a set on the board? He was right next to Joey as they led us all down to hell.

How the heck has Gerald managed to position himself to make this kind of coup?

Bear in mind the change in management has resulted in a significant turnaround in the business. Don't risk booting those guys out and putting in someone from the old mob who destroyed the company back in charge.

We've had enough change in management to turn this ship around, there's no need to now suddenly just chuck everyone out again and start over.
