Mulga Rock. Which was until recently operated by Vimy Resources. it has now been taken over by Deep Yellow Ltd.
They are not mining Mulga Rock yet, but they are the other one who met the conditions of substantial commencement and are able to continue to construction despite the active U ban in WA.

I know the situation well in WA because I hold another stock TOE who own Lake Maitland and were one of the other deposits in the 4 given the green light during U mining permit period, but due to a catastrophic mistake by management, they did not spend $100-200k before the latest U boom to build a site office or any infrastructure on site. This would have met the substantial commencement condition before it expired, and they would probably be close to producing by now. Instead, I am stuck with a stock that is on the verge of mining but has to wait for a change of government, hopefully early next year to get the U ban overturned.
