Regarding the "pressure" that has been put on RD and his staff - I don't think the consternation of a few shareholders is much more than an unwanted distraction during what must've been a fairly intense period of negotiation for EVM.
I hope that during the time that shareholders (like us) were chewing our fingernails, Roger was feverishly working towards a solution, which has been announced as soon as practicable.
I do understand that the black hole of zero information that we found ourselves in is very, very frustrating but if EVM had announced Valentia's failure to remit and a few short weeks later announced that everything is OK these boards would be on fire with the complaints of angry shareholders.
Anyway, I'm bloody happy to put it behind us.
