Seems all good to me.
(a) Financing done.
(b) Tight shareholding after CAPEX raised.
(c) Tight free float of shares.
(d) Tough nut to crack in an TO with good spread of on onboard Institutional holders.
A couple of questions.
(i) If no public offering why the prospectus and why is Paul to kick in 3m if demand is high. Perhaps it is time for some reward and the villa on the Adriatic and this is more ethical than on market sale?
(ii) How are SFR's shares to be marketed and any chance of a few from that source at $2.80.
Congratulation to Paul and the ADT crew. They have done remarkably well from day one and it has been a privilege to have gone along for the ride.
