Reiner, KBL is signing $23mil forward selling agreement, and those metals are still to be produced at whatever costs, which is probably higher than the deemed sale price, so when I say they are paying 25% interest, I am conservative. who you think will cover for the cost for production when the end products are prepaid to repay old debt.
