I see no evidence of capping at the present moment. The original run from 240-310 I did notice someone capping at the lower level, but not right now.
The selling is strange, it's as if every day a different broker decides to sell. But what has been constant are the brokers that are buying. Especially Morgan stanley.
Right now if I had to guess, it's a case of brokers exiting that don't want to hold a PM stock into production, and some brokers entering that do. Consider it a turn-over of the register, everyone who wants to stay for the next 2-5 years is getting set, those who want to leave are exiting.
No need to over think it with speculations of Take overs etc.
