and the largest shareholder Next Capital is saying yes to selling. In case anyone didn't know Next Capital owned more than 70% of Vitaco and sold down into the IPO so i guess they got around $2.50 for most of their shares back in 2015. Maybe shareholders should voice opinions to them, I'm sure they would hold a seat on the Board. I entered at $1.68 and really saw potential here to get back to at least IPO price and hoped to see $3. Lets hope a competing bid comes in soon.
