In my view the SP will gradually trad above IPO price this year then targeting $3 even without any offer.

We should buy at this bargain price and collectively vote against the current offer, which is almost insulting. Or at least an effort should be made to ask for more serious/respectful offer.

You don't know what is under the table behind this current low-ball offer.
