It is a tough spot for holders. If they do need 75% and cannot get it and remain listed then they have said that their need for capital will significantly dilute existing holders . This was one of their main reasons for delisting. So holders need to either chose remaining listed and dilution or delisting and the unknown.
doubling down now and buying more is gambling and not investing. Equally would think the bod would have to be confident of success to go down this road as failure is very high risk. Seems to me that they would need to buy a ton of shares on market over the next few weeks to sway the vote. Can’t see that happening.
