I may not be the only one in this situation, but I have never been a shareholder of a delisted company. This came as a surprise to me, as it seems, to many others.

I now have to decide whether to sell my shares on market and recoup whatever I can, or hold on to my shares and become a shareholder in a delisted company.

After reading the ‘Consequences of the delisting’ in the company announcement, it seems that such a shareholder has little influence and also would find it hard to sell the holdings then. On the other hand, if the company does well, the rewards might be worth the risk.

From the comments of contributors, who I have been following for some time, the general consensus seems to be very much against this company move.

I would really appreciate genuine comments from people with knowledge and/or experience of being a shareholder in a delisted company.

Thanks in advance for your time.
