You are correct I clearly dont however there is a correlation when it comes to directors responsibilities and class actions etc. An injection of capital is possibly directly related to a companies liquidity position and if that position is negative or perilous suspension is an option in order to protect shareholders positions until such stage as the ship is righted.

I think I read somewhere the mother of invention in finance is cashflow. At this stage this business doesn’t have it.
