Maybe, just maybe, Pfizer do really want the business and the mazing tech and have decided to up the offer (speculate on the amount) to somewhere around the low to mid 30 cents range...the condition of the offer is that the vote stays as per schedule and that it is a one off offer at the price take it or leave it deal for SH. In or out that may be their next ploy and $330 million the bid. Its possible and its clean. No dice they are done with the company acquisition thing for now anyway. Then we get back to business. Who knows they may have already negotiated sie deals with their contacts (FDA?) that will bring them in $150 million plus quite quickly so really won't be coting them much (or any) more for the buyout. Either this or they are doing an exclusive license deal with fees attached...best for us!
