As much as it pains me sailor, I can see no way out of this financial mess. Even if DynEvolve get shareholder approval no later than 10 May (which is today or overnight) to purchase their promissory note, the dilution will be so massive that the company cannot possibly exist in its current format. Existing shareholder value will be all but wiped out.
Todays announcement that the lifting of the suspension has been delayed by a further two weeks indicates to me that all is not well with the proposed deal. I fear that the end is nigh. RIP SSN.
