@cmonaussie, the only reason its taking longer is because there are numerous interested parties all fighting for a slice of the action, TB has told me this himself. Foreman Butte has MASSIVE potential at these prices, TB knows it and he will get the best deal out of them. It's about time something positive happened in the oil space.
While I've got you all, I just want to say the sincerest and deepest thankyou to Mr. Donald Trump. What a man, what a hero. A welcome change to Mr. Cool/Do-nothing Obama. Obama was a big idiot putting that Iranian deal together in the first place, what a clown. Trump is putting American Oil first and we are right at the heart of it with Foreman Butte. Once this is all done I will recommending him to the Vatican to be canonised as a Saint Donald because that's just what he is.
