Being a PLANNED aqusition then a Production Facility could be correct. Would increase margins by not having to contract out production of Travelan. Probably could buy a plant with batching and packaging machinery for a few million.
The positive here would be they are expecting increased demand for Travelan once international travel returns to normal or a likely DOD contract comes through the doors.
Just IMO. But usually I am wrong.
