If Lion are willing to invest $1m into the Sandstone project one would imagine they'd be willing to invest a significantly higher amount into a far superior resource/prospect.
Sounds like the acquisition will be completely or partially funded by a third party. I wonder what price shares will be issued at. A premium and the stock gets a nice bounce. Regardless, any long term strategic investor is a positive.
