Here is one somebody prepared earlier. This would be the subject of a study down the track or this report could be reviewed for a quick assessment. This was done in 2013.

As far as I know Araxa has looked at extraction of REE in studies but has not implemented on a process plant that could extract REE in addition to Niobium.
