Indeed, without knowing the copper price over the next couple of years it’s really impossible to know whether OZL will really be capital constrained or not. However AC has expressed willingness to part with a little of the pie in order to fund it, and has demonstrated superb prudent and conservative capital management to date, including in getting C up and running despite past naysayers on capital requirements for that.
With such a long life project imho it is prudent not to rush into starting a MHP project simultaneous with the mine, but must say I hate to see all that trucking of concentrate, with the eye watering diesel costs,
