The buy side is starting to build, buyers coming in to buy 100,000 lots and not all showing their hands. Geoff Gander has just come on board and he is very well respected on puting deals together. It was interesting to note that in their last announcement they mentioned they are always looking for new investments. Could Geoff have come on board because they have a deal for little EQX. It would not suprise me if the buying continues and any seller at these levels will be happily taken up.
